As we are waiting for Elizabeth to make her grand debut this summer, her family and I headed out to Hodges Farm in Charlotte for their maternity session. The light was so beautiful that day. I love how it filled the images when we were in the open field. The photo of Lili up close with her mom’s belly is one of my favorites because it is so unique and such a perfect moment.
In the second set of photos with just Joe + Heather, baby E started kicking as I was ready to click, so their expressions are because they were both already touching her belly when she decided to say ‘hi!’
I am so happy to be the Yowler’s photographer  through this special time. I have known them for about 4 or 5 years through the studio where I teach dance. It means so much that they trust me to capture and share these memories and fading days.
