I remember standing (in the misting rain….) with Brittany, what seems like just a few short months ago, frustrated and talking about wanting SO MUCH MORE when it came to my newborn photography. I knew there was a curve I had yet to turn and knew a workshop would help me round it. She talked about the workshop she and her friend in Alabama would be putting on soon and I begged her to have it ASAP! It wasn’t a week later that they announced the dates and I was the FIRST to sign up because I wanted this so badly and for so long.
Brittany of Brittany Lauren Photography and Jessica of Jessica Mitchell Photography  hosted the workshop in Alabama (where you can be in two time zones practically at the same time) early February >>and have two more dates for 2015 announced!<< Myself, along with 4 other amazing photographers attended and we had a blast. I probably asked twenty million questions, but I left feeling absolutely quenched and with endless new tools to add to my business.
The first day was all about the babes…well, let me back up…there was a first night – and that was all about Mexican food.
Anyways, the whole day was spent with three little sweets. We talked a lot the night before and that morning about set ups and what we wanted to get out of our time with them. The next day was solely dedicated to business and learning everything we needed to know about running a successful career as a photographer.
I could never recommend this workshop highly enough. It was not only a game changer for me, but a life changer….#realtalk. I have a super serious passion for newborn photography. Super serious. Supa serious. And the time spent at this workshop gave me the fuel I needed to take my photography to the next level and get my business legit.
