It’s always fun to have a strong idea of a themed session months and months in advance, especially for christmas photos since they are always so popular. I decided I wanted to do Christmas Jammie Minis in studio this year around late summer and was so excited to finally shoot them.
They were offered just one week after my Family Holiday Minis.  This set of minis was great for just the kids and who doesn’t want to eat cookies in their PJs?
This simple bed set up with the pretty lit wreath was perfect for all the different faces and pajama colors/designs. I love how a kid/family’s personality can shine through their pajamas and they totally did! Everyone’s jammies were all so different and I thought that was so neat because I totally expected to see some repeats through out the day.
Some of the littlest ones were a little uneasy in front of the camera but I’ve definitely met a few anxious babes over time in my line of work, so I think it all worked out just fine 🙂
