I just photographed the most stunning studio maternity session a few weeks ago! I was so excited when the Hartman family emailed me to schedule a maternity and a newborn session for when their little one arrives! In case you didn’t already know, I am a Charlotte pregnancy, newborn, family and milestone photographer! I am so excited to grow and meet new clients for the new year! Mrs. Hartman was so beautiful! She had that natural glow and a prefect baby bump. When we were planning for her session, we decide to go with something simple and elegant! We went back and forth on a few color schemes, but finally landed on blush pink and a little grey and white for the silhouette shots. Mrs. Hartman brought a few dresses of her own, but ended up wearing one of my favorite maternity dresses from MJP Client Closet! It was a floor length pale pink dress, with long sleeves and complimented her peachy skin! We did most of these shots in my little corner of the studio called the “White Space.” It is simple, but so beautiful and bright!

Once I got what I needed in the pink dress, we did another outfit change into a strapless white gown! I took a lot of black and white photos in this dress and some silhouettes! I fell in love with how the silhouettes turned out, so I had her do one more outfit change! She put on one of my gray woven sheets, which looked so beautiful in the darker light!
