Baby girl Aurora came to MJP for her two month session a few weeks ago and I am in love with how it turned out! Aurora is such a stunning little gal and she has the most kind family! I really enjoyed spending my time with the Tu family during her session.

I get a lot of questions about scheduling babies right after the week they are born, or if it is okay to wait a few weeks or months? The answer is either! It really depends on what your preference and style is. Two months is an awesome age to bring your baby in for a session for many reasons! At this age they are able to make amazing eye contact, develop personality, and lay on their belly’s and back! Two month olds make galleries extra adorable with their curious eyes and sweet little grins!

We started Aurora’s session with a few shots on my newborn pillow with a few different blankets and head bands. I especially loved her tummy shots! From there we swaddled her up because she was a wiggle worm and we posed her on my studio bed for a different look. While I was photographing her on the bed, her parents and grandma started getting ready for their family shots! One I got what I needed with the individual photos of Aurora, I posed her with her family! These pictures are so beautiful and sweet!
