Maddie’s first birthday just happens to fall during one of my favorite times of year. Easter and spring time! We tried to incorporate the time of year in her session which I love. Spring time suits this happy little girl and I’m so excited to share this session with you.

I loved these photos. Maddie looked precious in her tutu and pearls. It gave me all the Aurdrey Hepburn vibes. Once I wrapped this portion up, we moved into a new set up. In these photos, I really tried to capture the spring time and Easter details. We did lots of pinks, whites, and flowers. Maddie even brought her favorite Easter bunny and I stumbled across the cutest “Easter” sign which I couldn’t resist adding to the set up.

Typically for one year sessions, most clients do a cake smash. However, Maddie’s mom decided not to and i kind of love that idea. It gives you more time for different outfits and props if you want to showcase those instead. She had the best time exploring my studio and all of my different props.
