Can we just take a second to interrupt these CRAZY times of the Covid-19 pandemic and just drool over this beautiful studio maternity session!? The Watson family emailed me a few weeks ago to set up their first maternity session at my studio. YAY! So many firsts calls for so much excitement!

Mrs. Watson chose to use my dresses from MJP Client Closet for her photos! She chose two different outfits to wear and she looked AMAZING in both of them! We started off her session in a white cap sleeve gown. I grabbed a few different posed photos of just her and then some with her husband in my white space. While she changed into her next gown, I had the chance to chat with her husband. This is when I got to know more about their family. This is the part I love most about my job.. just connecting and learning about so many new families who soon turn to friends!

For her second outfit she chose a dusty pink gown that complimented her skin tone so well. This was so flattering on her adorable baby bump! We took a few more photos in the white space and we also played around with some silhouettes. We wrapped the session up in front of a new black back ground. This is completely different from my bright and airy look, but I must admit I love this dark and sultry look too! I am thankful for clients who are always willing to let me try new ideas, so I can grow my business and creativity.

I had the best time with these two and capturing their beautiful studio maternity session. Eventually we will have to snap back into the reality of this pandemic, but for now lets just enjoy these dreamy photos together.
