I loved shooting this bright white cake smash for baby girl Spicer’s first birthday photos! I was so excited when the Spicer family emailed me to book their baby’s first birthday photos. We decided on a bright white cake smash and a few outdoor family photos. I am so excited to share this gallery with you guys!

We started this session with family photos outside before things got messy! It was such a beautiful day. The bright Spring sunshine was showing out for us a peeked perfectly through the trees out in front of my studio. I love that this fam opted to do outdoor and studio photos for their baby girl. This gives so much variety to a gallery!

Once I got what I needed, we headed back in the studio. While mom and dad did a quick change for baby S, I put the final touches on her cake smash. We started off in the studio with a few posed portraits and then headed straight for the cake smash. These photos turned out absolutely adorable! This girly truly smashed her cake and loved every second. She barely needed any coaxing from her mom or dad. This gallery makes me so happy and I hope the Spicer family loves it as much as I do!
